Abstract

Rural and urban should be seen as unity in regional development. One of the issue from regional development is poverty and rural urban linkages can be the strategy to reduce poverty. Kokap Sub-district divided into five villages such as Hargowilis, Hargorejo, Hargotirto, Kalirejo, and Hargomulyo is the poorest sub-district in Kulon Progo Regency and located in the hills, which makes Kokap Sub-district being isolated. The purpose of this study is to examine how the typology between the level of poverty and rural urban interaction in Kokap Sub-district is. The analytical methods are using statistic descriptive, quantitative descriptive, scoring and typology. The level of poverty divided into two categories, low level of poverty and high level of poverty, then the level of rural urban interaction also divided into two categories, which are strong level of linkages and weak level of linkages. The results of the analysis shown that Hargowilis including to low level of poverty and strong level of linkages, Hargomulyo including to low level of poverty and high level of linkages, and Hargorejo, Hargotirto, and also Kalirejo including to high level of poverty and weak level of linkages.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) is an elongated area / path and / or group, the use of which is more open, a place to grow plants, both those that grow naturally and are intentionally planted. One form of public space can be in the form of Green Open Space, namely parks. In urban areas located in the city of Jambi, the Arena Youth Park is a newly renovated park and there are additional tourist facilities for residents' recreational facilities managed by the Jambi City Government. However, to support the Arena Youth Park as a recreational facility, it is necessary to know the level of community satisfaction related to the Arena Youth Park as a recreational facility for the citizens of Jambi City. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of visitor satisfaction with the youth park as a recreational facility in the city of Jambi. In this study there are 2 methods, namely Customer Satisfaction Indexs and Imporance Performance Analysis. The purpose of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is to find out the level of consumer satisfaction in the context of this study, namely park visitors to all the attributes in the Taman Arena Remaja while the Importance performance Analysis (IPA) method aims to determine the priority of improvements to the attributes used in the study. The results of the study using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method showed that visitors to the Arena Arena Remaja were quite satisfied with the condition of the facilities in the park with a CSI calculation of 68.44% or nearly neutral. While the results of the IPA method are in the form of a Cartesian quadrant where the attributes that must be corrected immediately by the Regional Government in quadrant I with attribute 3 (three) improvement of toilet / wc facilities and attribute 10 (ten) conditions of park lighting facilities. The conclusion of this study is that visitors to Taman Remaja Remaja were quite satisfied with the facilities in the park as a means of family recreation

Abstract

Parakan is a small town of the old kadipaten menoreh in Dutch colonialism, which is having a strategic location, where the line between jogyakarta's line and the northern coast line of java island and also between line of semarang and purwakarta, made parakan became the centre of market for food and tobacco trade from ancient times until now. In 2008, Parakan experienced in structural changes in addition to change the economic structures. The conversion in parakan from 2005-2017 also increased because of industrial development. The presence of industrial growth certainly affects the change in the characteristic of parakan. The method of analysis that used is a qualitative method analysis with qualitative descriptive and overlay map analysis techniques using arcgis software 10.4. Based on the analysis development of the cities, from the 2005 and 2017, have a tendency to change, which the land functions have increased in the city from 1990 to 2017. The number of parakan city settlements in 1990 was 202.64 ha and then increased to 259.97 in 2005 and 311,57 in 2017. Therefore, this study deals with the impact of  the development of industrial activities on its use.

Abstract

Along with the development of an urban area the higher the population growth and intensity of infrastructure development that can cause complex problems, namely the increasing need for land in urban areas. Transfer of land functions becomes a way out to meet the needs of urban communities for land, with specific changes, namely agricultural land to non-agricultural uses. One of the agricultural land that is experiencing a change of function is the agricultural land in Mijen Subdistrict where in 2009 the area of 1,004 Ha of agricultural land has decreased to 815 Ha in 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the factor of changing agricultural land into a built area. . The results of the analysis of land use change shows that there is a change in agricultural land to a built area in several villages in Mijen District and the factors that influence these changes are economic factors and regulatory factors.

Abstract

Pulesari Tourism Village was inaugurated in 2012 and is an example of a tourism village that rose up after the eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010. Pulesari Tourism Village is one of the tourism villages that already apply the CBT approach in developing tourism. The development initiation of Pulesari Tourism Village was born from the local community so from the beginning of the process until the management was carried out by the local community. Now Pulesari Tourism Village is able to develop and is widely known and able to provide benefits for local community. Development of current tourism trends tends to lead on the application of Community Based Tourism (CBT), so it is interesting to examine one of the best tourism village practices that have implemented the CBT concept, namely Pulesari Tourism Village. The purpose of this study was to examine the Community-Based Tourism (CBT) of Pulesari Tourism Village and its aspects of influence. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative while the determination of the informant is done by non-probability sampling purposive sampling technique. As a result the development of Pulesari Tourism Village has been successful as a community empowerment and welfare improvement program because it has implemented and fulfilled the principles of CBT development in economic, social, cultural, environmental and political dimensions.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition of someone that trapped in a vicious cycle of poverty and does not have the ability to break the cycle. They need an intervention from the authorities, such as government policy, which can help someone get out of the poverty trap. Until 2018, Kokap District is still one of the biggest poverty pockets in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) ). Thus, further studies need to be done to assess the effectiveness of poverty alleviation policies implemented in Kokap District. The method used in this study is the Delphic Hierarchy Process (DHP). The Delphi method will be used to weight the evaluation criteria in evaluating poverty alleviation policies, while AHP is used to assess the importance of poverty alleviation policies. Weighting the policy evaluation criteria gives the result that the criteria for human assets and the sustainability of economic aspects of the poor are the criteria with the highest weight. While the assessment of the level of importance of the policy provides the result that social assistance policies are still a priority in Kokap District. In addition, this study found that the policy with a high and medium priority level is a policy whose implementation is integrated from the central government to regional governments.

Abstract

Street Vendors or commonly referred to as street vendors are a group oftraders who sell by utilizing the area of the roadside to look for sustenance by holdingtheir wares. The importance of regulation and the need for structuring street vendors is arather troublesome job for almost all local governments in Indonesia. Almost all thearrangement and empowerment of street vendors often experience endless polemicproblems between the government and street vendors. The existence of street vendors iscaused by the inability of the formal sector to absorb labor which is increasinglyincreasing or as a result of the current urbanization of villagers who earn a fortune in thecity. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with aquantitative approach. The results of this study state that the traders' view of therelocation of the marelan market has been well implemented. because traders are quitesatisfied with the location and infrastructure facilities available at the Medan citymarelan market relocation, and traders assume after the arrangement, the merchant'sincome increases and the community's enthusiasm for shopping is greater. Based on theanalysis it is known that the relocation program that has been carried out by thegovernment has been successful in the physical, environmental and economic aspects ofthe traders.
